Access and login

Accessing the platform​

  1. Open in the browser the official Doctomatic access URL provided during registration.
  2. Enter the email address and password used during registration.
  3. Press the button to enter the application.

Pending capture: show the actual login screen with the email and password fields and the main button to enter Doctomatic.

Best practices​

  • Verify that you are on the official Doctomatic access page before entering credentials.
  • Log out when finished, especially if you are using a shared computer.

If you cannot log in​

Check for typos in the email or password. If access continues to fail, use the password recovery flow or contact the support available in Doctomatic.
