Installation and updates

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open App Store.
  2. Search for the Doctomatic application indicated to you.
  3. Tap Get or Update as applicable.

Android

  1. Open Google Play.
  2. Search for the Doctomatic application indicated to you.
  3. Tap Install or Update.

If your organization distributes the app through another authorized channel, follow the instructions received for that deployment.

Pending capture: show the app listing in the store or the initial access screen with the actual Doctomatic brand identity.

Access and login

  1. Open the application.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Confirm login with the main button.

If the application displays a specific brand or identity for your deployment, verify that it matches the access provided to you before entering credentials.

Password recovery

If you do not remember the password:

  1. Tap the Forgot your password? option, or the equivalent text.
  2. Complete the recovery flow.
  3. Check your email, including the spam folder if necessary.

In some deployments, the recovery process may open in the device browser.

Recommendations

  • Keep the app updated from the corresponding store.
  • Use a stable internet connection.
  • Verify that you are accessing with the correct account before continuing.
