Support, about and language
At the bottom of the side menu you will normally find:
Support: available help channel to resolve usage incidentsAbout: information about the application, version and product identificationLanguage: interface language selector when translations are available
The About section may include the legal identification of the product as medical software, as well as version and traceability data.
Best practices
- Do not share your username or password.
- Log out if you are using a shared device.
- Only install the app from authorized sources.
- Keep the operating system and the application up to date.
- Check before submitting a reading that the recorded information is correct.
Frequently encountered problems

| The app does not load data | Check the connection and reopen the application. |
| The session expires | Log in again and verify that you are using the correct credentials. |
| The camera does not open | Check the system permissions and confirm that no other app is using it. |
| Devices or measurements do not appear | They may not yet be enabled in your account; consult the care or support channel indicated. |
| The app closes unexpectedly | Update to the latest available version and restart the device. If it persists, contact support. |
