Support, about and language

At the bottom of the side menu you will normally find:

  • Support: available help channel to resolve usage incidents
  • About: information about the application, version and product identification
  • Language: interface language selector when translations are available

The About section may include the legal identification of the product as medical software, as well as version and traceability data.

Best practices

  • Do not share your username or password.
  • Log out if you are using a shared device.
  • Only install the app from authorized sources.
  • Keep the operating system and the application up to date.
  • Check before submitting a reading that the recorded information is correct.

Frequently encountered problems
