You can consult the Web section if you access from a browser or the Mobile App section if you use the application on iPhone, iPad or Android.

What the patient can do on the web​

The web portal allows, among other features:

  • View assigned follow-ups or treatments.
  • Manage devices when they are enabled for your follow-up.
  • Review and update part of your profile information.

Technical recommendations​

  • Use an up-to-date browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.
  • Maintain a stable internet connection.
  • The appearance may vary depending on the product version or enabled features, but the described functionality remains the same.
