Frequently encountered problems

| Follow-ups or devices do not appear | They may not yet be available for your user; check your access or contact support. |

Ask the patient to contact the support available in Doctomatic, providing:
- Browser used.
- Device type.
- Description of the error observed.
- Screenshot, avoiding the inclusion of sensitive clinical data.
