Password recovery
If the patient does not remember their password, they can start the recovery process from the login screen.
Recommended flow
- Use the recovery option or
Forgot your password?. - Follow the instructions sent by email.
- Set a new password and log in again.
If the email does not arrive
- Check the spam or junk mail folder.
- Verify that the email address entered matches the registered one.
- Contact the support available in Doctomatic if the problem persists.
