Password recovery

If the patient does not remember their password, they can start the recovery process from the login screen.

  1. Use the recovery option or Forgot your password?.
  2. Follow the instructions sent by email.
  3. Set a new password and log in again.

If the email does not arrive

  • Check the spam or junk mail folder.
  • Verify that the email address entered matches the registered one.
  • Contact the support available in Doctomatic if the problem persists.
