Access, locations, and patients
Accessing the app
- Open the mobile application.
- Log in with your professional account.
- Verify that the displayed profile corresponds to the correct work environment.
Main menu
In the mobile app, the nursing profile typically accesses from the side menu:

Locations
Localizaciones allows you to quickly narrow down work by area, unit, or sub-location.
From this screen you can:
- search for a specific location
- enter sub-locations
- open the available patient list from there
Patients and initial review
From the app you can review patients or cases currently visible.
It is advisable to check:
- whether the patient appears in the expected list
- whether there is recent activity or a lack of activity
- whether there is any associated alert
Searching can be done by name, identifier, and when the workflow allows it, by scanning a code.
