Access, locations, and patients

Accessing the app

  1. Open the mobile application.
  2. Log in with your professional account.
  3. Verify that the displayed profile corresponds to the correct work environment.

In the mobile app, the nursing profile typically accesses from the side menu:

  • Localizaciones
  • Pacientes
  • Soporte
  • Sobre nosotros
  • language selector and logout

Locations

Localizaciones allows you to quickly narrow down work by area, unit, or sub-location.

From this screen you can:

  • search for a specific location
  • enter sub-locations
  • open the available patient list from there

Patients and initial review

From the app you can review patients or cases currently visible.

It is advisable to check:

  • whether the patient appears in the expected list
  • whether there is recent activity or a lack of activity
  • whether there is any associated alert

Searching can be done by name, identifier, and when the workflow allows it, by scanning a code.

Recommendations

  • Always confirm that you are working with the correct patient.
  • If an expected case is missing, check permissions, location, or assignment.
  • Use Web when you need more context or actions not available in the app.
