Follow-up, readings, and activity

Quick case review

The mobile app allows you to quickly review the patient's recent activity and check whether follow-up is needed.

On those screens you should review:

  • which patient is affected
  • whether there are recent readings
  • whether activity or an expected measurement is missing
  • whether there is enough context to resolve the incident from mobile

Charts and latest readings

When opening a patient, the app may show access to:

  • Gráficas
  • Últimas lecturas
  • Cámara

These views help to:

  • review recent activity
  • confirm whether a reading is missing
  • contextualize an incident before contacting the patient
  • decide whether the incident can be resolved from the app or needs to move to Web

In some workflows, the bottom navigation allows you to quickly switch between those three views without returning to the side menu.

Temporary placeholder for a future screenshot of charts or latest readings in the nursing app

Temporary example for the recent activity review from mobile in the nursing profile.

Pending screenshot: show an actual Últimas lecturas or Gráficas screen with the patient name and recent activity visible.

Recommendations

  • Prioritize cases with lack of activity or repeated alerts.
  • Record or communicate the action taken if the app allows it.
  • Escalate to the physician profile when the incident has clinical impact.
