Captures and incidents

Captures and reading support

If the app allows you to support a capture or review a reading, always confirm:

  • that the displayed device corresponds to the correct patient
  • that the image or reading is legible
  • that no unnecessary personal data appears around it

When the reading depends on a photo of the device, also follow the captura-imagenes recommendations.

In practice, this workflow usually starts from Leer dispositivo or from the bottom Cámara tab, depending on the navigation available in the account.

If the app does not have camera permissions, it may display a specific screen to open the device settings and enable that access.

Common incidents

From the app you may encounter incidents such as:

  • a reading that is not recorded correctly
  • an alert without sufficient context
  • a patient with lack of activity
  • a permissions, camera, or access issue

When to escalate

Escalate the incident when:

  • it cannot be resolved with an operational check
  • it needs clinical validation
  • the app does not show enough context to act safely
  • the problem is technical and persists after basic checks
