When to use the mobile app​

The mobile app is useful when you need to review care information, check incidents, or support a specific task outside the web panel.

What you can find on mobile​

  • access to the application and the available work context
  • quick review of patients, alerts, or visible readings
  • capture support and operational tasks
  • tracking of incidents that can be resolved from the app

How this section is organized​

When to use the web instead​

Preferably use the Web section when you need a more complete view of the case, more operational context, or features that are not available in the app.

  • Verify that you are using the correct profile.
  • Confirm that the app is up to date.
  • Check the device permissions if the task requires the camera or notifications.
