Dashboard and alerts

Dashboard

Nursing typically uses the Dashboard as the main screen to review incidents and recent activity. It usually groups:

  • value-based alerts
  • missing measurement alerts
  • frequency alerts
  • latest readings or devices

How to use this screen

  1. First review patients with recent alerts or incomplete activity.
  2. Open the detail when you need to understand the case context.
  3. Check whether the incident is adherence-related, technical, or clinical.
  4. Record the action taken or escalate the case when appropriate.

Alertas

The Alertas screen allows you to work by tabs and apply filters. Here you should review:

  • how to recognize a pending alert
  • when to mark it or change its status
  • where to leave a comment
  • when to open the detail or the associated chart
  1. Filter by the type of alert you need to review.
  2. Prioritize patients with lack of activity or repeated alerts.
  3. Add a comment when there has been contact or intervention.
  4. Escalate to the physician profile if the incident has clinical impact.
