Follow-ups

The Seguimientos section allows you to review case continuity and check whether the patient is maintaining the expected activity.

What to review in Seguimientos​

  • verify that the follow-up exists
  • check whether it is still active
  • open its history or chart
  • detect if configuration or activity is missing

Operational use​

Nursing typically uses this view to:

  • detect patients who have stopped recording activity
  • check whether a follow-up is still ongoing
  • quickly review the history before contacting the patient
  • decide whether the incident can be resolved operationally or needs to be escalated
  1. Locate the patient's follow-up.
  2. Check whether it shows recent activity.
  3. Open the chart or history if you need context.
  4. Record the observation or the contact made.
