Access, locations, and patients
Accessing the app
- Open the mobile application.
- Log in with your professional account.
- Verify that the displayed profile corresponds to the correct clinical environment.
Main menu
In the mobile app, the physician profile side menu typically provides access to:
LocalizacionesPacientesSoporteSobre nosotros- language selector and logout
Locations
If your account works with locations, this is usually the quickest entry point to reach the patients assigned to a specific area.
From Localizaciones you can:
- search for a location by name
- enter a location or sub-location
- open the list of patients associated with that environment
Patients and visible cases
The Pacientes screen allows you to locate cases accessible from your account by:
- searching by name or identifier
- scanning a code if the workflow is enabled
- directly accessing the patient's summary record from the list
It is advisable to check:
- whether the patient appears in the expected list
- whether you need to enter via
Pacientesor viaLocalizaciones - whether the case requires a quicker review on mobile or a more complete one on
Web
In some family-type deployments, opening a patient may take you directly to the chart or measurement views for that case.

Temporary example for the mobile patient entry in the physician profile.
