Case follow-up​

The mobile app can serve for a quick check on the patient's progress or recent status, especially when you need to confirm a reading or review an alert outside the web panel.

It can also be useful for:

  • confirming whether a patient has recent activity
  • reviewing a chart or a point-in-time measurement
  • validating a capture at the moment it is taken
  • deciding whether to continue the review from Web

When to switch to web​

Use the Web section when you need to:

  • review multiple case screens in more detail
  • compare progress over a broad time range
  • edit data or act on follow-up configurations
  • access information that is not available in the app

Support and general options​

At the bottom of the side menu you will usually find:

  • Soporte
  • Sobre nosotros
  • language selector
  • logout

These options are available to resolve usage issues, check application information, or sign out of the professional account.

Best practices​

  • Always check the patient identifier before making a decision.
  • Use the app for quick review and the web panel for more complete analysis.
  • If an action has significant clinical impact, first confirm that you have all the necessary information.
