Patients and detail

Pacientes

The Pacientes screen is the gateway to working by person. From here you can locate each patient and open their individual information.

What you can do in Pacientes

  • search for patients by name or identifier
  • review the available filters
  • check the visible columns in the list
  • open the patient record
  • use the available actions in the row

The visible filters may vary depending on permissions and account settings. Always check the exact names that appear on screen.

Creating or registering patients

In some accounts it is possible to create patients from the professional web panel.

  • If you have registration permissions, use the + button or equivalent action to open the form.
  • If your account does not show this option, registration must be handled from the administrative profile.
  • Not all physicians have access to the full form or to the same actions.

When the workflow is available:

  1. Open registration from Pacientes.
  2. Complete the required fields.
  3. Review language, identification, or location if they appear.
  4. Save and confirm that the new patient appears in the correct list.

Patient record or detail

The patient record is the central clinical view of the case. It consolidates the information needed to review the patient's current status and decide on the next action.

This screen typically displays sections such as:

  • patient identification data
  • recent alerts
  • latest readings
  • active or historical follow-ups
  • charts or access to progress views
  • related configuration, if the role can see it
  • external references or supplementary data, if available
  1. Confirm you are on the correct patient.
  2. Check whether there are active or recent alerts.
  3. Look at the latest readings to contextualize the situation.
  4. Open the follow-up or chart if you need to validate a trend.
  5. Check whether there are comments, images, or associated forms.
  6. Record the action taken or communicate it to the team if appropriate.

Common actions from the detail view

Depending on permissions, the following actions may appear from the record:

  • edit patient data
  • open patient alerts
  • open follow-ups
  • review latest measurements or charts
  • view images attached to a reading
  • access alert configuration

If any of these actions does not appear in your account, it means it depends on the role, the center, or the configuration available in your environment.
