Follow-ups

The Seguimientos screen is the longitudinal progress view for patients.

From this screen you can review, by patient, the follow-up status, recent measurements, and access to more detailed views when available.

What you can review in Seguimientos

  • how to locate a patient's follow-up
  • how to open the chart or latest measurements view
  • how to distinguish between active and completed follow-ups
  • whether follow-ups or measurements can be exported
  • which clinical actions are actually available

Chart view and latest measurements

When the chart view is available:

  • open it from the follow-up or from the patient record
  • switch between devices or signals if the panel allows it
  • review individual data points on the chart to understand the context
  • filter by date range when you need a specific time window
  • use the numerical view when you need point-in-time detail rather than trends
  1. Locate the patient's follow-up.
  2. Check whether it is active or completed.
  3. Open the latest measurements view or the chart.
  4. Adjust date or signal filters if needed.
  5. Record or continue the appropriate clinical action.
